2. Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Customers in the European Union have a 14-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
Conditions:
- Product unused
- Original packaging
The customer must notify withdrawal via a clear written statement sent to support@getnexovibe.com before returning any product.
The product must be returned within 14 days following the withdrawal request.
Refund includes:
- Product price
- Standard delivery costs only
Excludes:
- Express shipping (additional cost beyond standard)
- Return shipping costs
- Customs fees
3. Returns & Refunds (Strict Policy)
Returns require prior written approval.

5. Defective or Damaged Products
Issues must be reported within 48 hours with photo or video proof.
Legal guarantees remain applicable under EU law, including:
- The legal warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code Art. L217-3 to L217-17) — 2 years from delivery
- The warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code Art. 1641 to 1649) — 2 years from discovery of the defect

6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after validation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank delays may apply.
7. How to Request a Return
Step 1: Email support@getnexovibe.com with your order number, the product(s) concerned, and the reason for the return request.
Step 2: We will reply within 48 hours. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item using a trackable delivery method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you by email of the refund decision.
Important: Do not ship returns without first contacting us — items sent to unauthorized addresses will not be processed.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been shipped by contacting support@getnexovibe.com. Once the order has been dispatched, the standard return procedure applies.
9. Anti-Chargeback Notice
Customers must contact support before initiating any dispute.
Abusive or unjustified chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Blacklisting
- Legal action
- Recovery costs
All transactions are digitally recorded (IP address, timestamps, tracking data). Digital records are considered valid legal evidence in case of dispute.
